Chocolate Orgániko's journey began in the Dominican Republic, selecting cocoa with fruity notes, low roasting and good fermentation. Years later, they travelled to Madagascar, Peru and Ecuador to select organic cocoa with different organoleptic notes. When tasting their chocolates you will discover spices such as vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, as well as tropical fruit, red fruit, dried fruit and floral notes.

They have a workshop in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) where they make and design signature chocolates under the brand name Chocolate Orgániko and artisan butter biscuits under the brand name Abbye Biscuits. The key to the success of their products is the use of 100% natural, top quality raw materials.

The story of Abbye Biscuits began in a village in the Picos de Europa National Park, during an autumn getaway. One cold and rainy afternoon, they baked some fantastic butter biscuits in a wood-fired oven. They don't know if it was the aroma they gave off or if it was a coincidence but, in the meadow surrounding the house, the animals of the village gathered around the irresistible aroma of the biscuits.
