Unfiltered

Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil retains some solid compounds in suspension and a small amount of water. These are not impurities or dirt, but tiny remains of the olive paste that do not affect the beneficial properties and vitamins of the oil in any way.

It is not recommended to use unfiltered oil for cooking at temperatures above 100ºC. It is therefore an ideal extra virgin olive oil to be consumed raw to enjoy its aroma, properties and intense flavour to the full.
