The Royal de Cazorla olive is used almost exclusively for the production of olive oil, resulting in an oil that is highly valued for its excellent quality. Royal extra virgin olive oil is high fruity and very smooth, with practically no bitterness and a subtle and late spiciness. It gives us notable aromas of almond, green banana and green apple and, to a lesser extent, ripe fruits such as figs and vanilla.
