Molino de la Calzada

Multi-varietal olive oil made from the juice of Arbequina, Lucio, Picual and Hojiblanca olives. It has a medium to intense olive fruitiness, with hints of fig, green herbs and other vegetal notes. On the palate, it is fluid and fairly smooth. This virgin olive oil from Illora (Granada) is a blend of the Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca and Lucio varieties. Its tasting notes are intensely fruity. Slight bitterness and medium spiciness.

Use raw: salads and toast to enhance the flavour of good fish or grilled meat.
