The black Iberian pig is widely recognised as the most exclusive breed of pig in the world.

To be authentic, salchichón de bellota must come from a black Iberian pig fed exclusively on acorns. This gives the salchichón the exceptional flavour and aroma characteristic of the great Iberian salchichón. Olmeda Orígenes offers you an exclusive format of this delicacy, cut by hand.

Top-quality salchichón, macerated with garlic, paprika, salt and country herbs, then left to air-dry for 4 months to obtain its extraordinary flavour.

It is cut with a knife by a professional expert, then vacuum-packed in beautiful packaging, easy to unpack and put on your table to impress your guests with its delicious flavour. Everyone will be fascinated by the unique flavour of this sausage, which is slightly reminiscent of walnuts, as soon as it is cut into thin slices.

You can open and serve it within 5 days, always keeping the product in its original packaging.
